élaCampaign is, alongside with elaCustomer, a core module of MASA and supports the entire campaign process.By providing a fairly clear overview elaCampaign also improves the efficiency in creating and executing campaigns throughout all important steps within a campaign, such as planning, target group selection, execution and analysis. This enables businesses to create, coordinate and automate marketing- and distribution activities even in the short-term. Because elaCampaign was created for Single- and Multichannel-Campaigns, users are able to communicate with their customers not only via classical distribution- and communication channels like phone calls and mailings but also via efficient and productive cutting-edge online-marketing-instruments.
elaCampaign provides all necessary workflow-functionalities for planning campaigns, with the workflow-editor being a special highlight. elaCampaigns workflow-editor gives users the ability to create campaign workflows autonomously and individually. Within multi-step campaigns elaCampaigns workflow editor making sure that each single step is in order.
Another key feature is the applications flexibility and its‘ overall consistency. There are 3 different modes to select from. From simple selections to more complex OLAP and SQL-based queries – elaCampaign offers the right selection mode for any upcoming task. Simple selections are completed in just seconds, using the „easy mode“.
Selections can be exported and stored either in a database or as a physical file, which, for instance, could then be passed to 3rd party service provider. Automating and increasing perfomances of entire campaigns couldn’t be any easier.
Apart of the standard reporting, elaCampaign also offers ad-hoc reporting functionalities. Direct and indirect customer responses are visualized through the campaigns dashboard functionalities. With the optional available campaign cube even OLAP evaluations are easily completed in no time.
