In this case our BI experts are building a data warehouse for customers, putting all marketing and distribution relevant data from various master data systems together. As a result a so-called OLAP-cube is generated allowing the expert user a more efficient and targeted datamining.
In combination with elaCampaign, campaign selections can be made for automated campaign workflows by using excel interfaces and the OLAP cube.
elaReport combined with elaTracking offers a variety of sales reports, click reports and conversion rates for single products or product groups.
