June 2000
Dr. Christian Derichs, Michael Remme and his wife Ann-Gaelle Remme are founding Braintags as a business under civil law with the headquarter being Monchengladbach and the business purpose of the worldwide distribution of the NetRelay® Java Application Server.
September 2000
The company is transformed into a limited liability company and the first 2 employers were hired.
February 2001
Netrelays patent application was lodged. Braintags business purpose and offered services was extended by consulting services as well as the development of webbased IT solutions.
April 2002
Range of services offered are extended by:
- Webhosting at Braintags own data centre
- Web Design
August 2003
Because of Braintags revenue and number of employers rapidly increasing the company moves into new rooms at Monchengladbachs Business-Nordpark.
